| As we all know Ellis is having some trouble with dropping his kids off at the pool, so in the spirit of support I thought we could all suggest ways he can keep things moving down there, although at least he has gone once lately so he's not more stuffed than an essex girl at an office party!
Anyway a few thoughts I had in this area are:
1) jalapenos: they may burn, but you can't argue they don't get things moving 2) copious amounts of alcohol: I always have some contemplation time after a good night out, so I'm sure this will work with others too 3) kick in the privates: maybe the force of a good kick to the front end will cause everything to fire out the rear end? Bit experimental this one but you never know!
what does anyone else think? | |

| I feel this is a very useful post, and one that Ellis should take seriously. You have missed one glaring option though... A cheap, unreliable ruby murray. That is almost guaranteed to get the hamsters running again. Or there is the less aggressive option of a large amount of Baked Beans | |
